Invoice as a company
Send invoices from a US company with its own EIN — what larger clients and platforms increasingly expect.
For founders billing abroad
You are already earning from clients abroad. What is missing is the structure underneath: a US company, an EIN, a business address, and a file strong enough for a bank or Stripe — coordinated by one person, not six providers.
Four questions, about a minute. No documents, no payment. If Elixir is not right for you, we will say so.
One coordinated pathway — not six providers and a dozen open tabs.
From the founder
We formed our own US company from outside the United States before we offered it to anyone. Here is what we learned — and what we do differently because of it.
What your US company unlocks
These are the reasons founders abroad set up a US company. Each provider still makes its own decision — our job is to make sure your file is ready when you apply.
Send invoices from a US company with its own EIN — what larger clients and platforms increasingly expect.
Receive dollar payments from clients and marketplaces into a US business account, instead of routing money through friends or personal accounts.
A US company is what their US onboarding asks for. We prepare you for the review, so you apply once — prepared.
Apply to business banks and fintech accounts that work with owners abroad, with a complete and consistent file.
Pay for ads, software and suppliers with a card in your company’s name, once an account is approved.
A US address, a company email and clean documents — the details a platform or a client checks before trusting you.
Banks, card issuers and payment providers decide independently. Availability depends on your business and your country.

The cost of waiting
Nothing breaks overnight. It just gets slower — a client asks for something you cannot produce, an application comes back for more information, a deadline passes. Usually at the moment you are trying to grow.
Elixir brings the moving parts into one coordinated pathway.
What Elixir builds
Elixir coordinates the infrastructure around your business so you move forward on a clear path, with one point of contact instead of five.
Wyoming LLC formation coordinated end to end, EIN application support, and a registered agent in place — so the company exists properly and you can produce the documents when someone asks for them.
We prepare the file a bank actually reviews: formation documents, EIN letter, proof of address, and a clear description of your business and customers. Which banks fit depends on your activity and country — we tell you that before you apply, not after.
What Stripe and similar providers look at, how to describe your products and customers accurately, and what usually causes a review to stall. Applying prepared is cheaper than applying twice.
A US business address and mailbox, and a company email on your own domain. Small details — and exactly the ones a provider checks when it decides whether a business looks real.
We track your annual report date, remind you before it falls due, chase providers when something is outstanding, and stay reachable when your business changes shape.
How it works
We learn about your business, market, revenue and goals — and tell you honestly whether Elixir is the right fit.
We map the appropriate company and infrastructure pathway, with the costs and requirements set out before you commit.
We coordinate formation, EIN, registered agent, and the core documents your applications will depend on.
We guide eligible banking and payment-provider applications. Each provider reviews and decides independently.
Renewal and filing reminders, provider follow-up, and continued coordination as your business changes.
Who Elixir is for
Elixir works best with a specific kind of founder. Being clear about that protects your time as much as ours.
If Elixir is not the right fit, we will say so during the assessment and point you toward a more suitable option. That answer is free.
Before you buy a $199 LLC
Low-cost packages sell the filing. What decides whether you can actually use the company — the EIN, the address, the bank file, the yearly deadlines — is left to you, or sold back as add-ons.
Elixir’s fee covers the work around the filing — and every third-party cost is written down before you pay.
Elixir Launch Package
The prices below are Elixir's coordination fee — what you pay us. Government filing fees and provider subscriptions are separate, are set by those third parties, and are listed underneath so you can check them yourself.
From$449
Plus government, registered-agent, banking, payment and address-provider fees, quoted separately.
From$649
Plus government, registered-agent, banking, payment and address-provider fees, quoted separately.
From$899
Plus government, registered-agent, banking, payment and address-provider fees, quoted separately.
These are not our charges. They go to the State of Wyoming, the IRS, or a provider you choose — and you would pay them whether you worked with us or did this alone. We list them here so the number above is the only surprise-free part of the decision.
| Cost | Who charges it | Typical |
|---|---|---|
| Wyoming filing fee | State of Wyoming · one-time | $100 |
| Wyoming annual report | State of Wyoming · every year | From $60 |
| EIN | IRS · we never charge for this | Free |
| Registered agent | Provider you choose · every year | $100–$300 |
| Business address | Provider you choose · monthly | $10–$30 |
| Banking & payments | Each provider sets its own | Varies |
Wyoming figures are the State's published fees: $100 to file Articles of Organization, and an annual report licence tax of $60 or two-tenths of one mill on Wyoming assets, whichever is greater, due on the first day of your formation anniversary month. An EIN is free directly from the IRS. Registered-agent and address figures are typical market ranges, not quotes. Your exact costs are itemised in writing before you commit to anything.
Elixir provides business-infrastructure coordination and application guidance. Banking, payment, government, legal and tax outcomes remain the independent decision of the relevant provider, authority or qualified professional. Timelines depend on third parties and are not guaranteed.

All three can get a Wyoming LLC filed. The difference is everything that has to happen after the filing.

Our standards
These are the commitments we hold ourselves to on every engagement. They are also the reason some enquiries are declined.
You know exactly what Elixir coordinates, and exactly what remains with third parties.
Service fees and third-party costs are separated and shown in writing before any work begins.
We assess fit before we take payment. Not every business is a match, and we say so early.
A named point of contact who understands your business — not a ticket queue.
Formation is the start. Renewals, filings and provider follow-up continue afterwards.
No guaranteed approvals, no invented deadlines, no pressure tactics. Banks and providers decide independently.
Behind Elixir
Every step on this page is one we went through ourselves, from outside the United States, before we offered it to anyone else.
Elixir exists because we formed our own US company from abroad — the filing, the EIN, the business address, the bank application, the card in the company's name, and the annual report that follows every year. We learned which steps are slow, which documents get asked for twice, and where applications quietly stall. That is the experience you are hiring. If it helps you decide, we will walk you through our own formation documents privately on the call.
Client feedback
Private assessment
Four short questions about your business — nothing about your identity or your money. You get a clear read on what is realistic for your situation and what your next step should be.
Worried you might not qualify? That is exactly what this is for. Answer honestly and we will tell you plainly whether Elixir fits — and if it does not, where to look instead. Saying no costs you nothing, and we will not chase you afterwards.

Elixir coordinates with the banks, payment networks and operating tools that modern international businesses run on.
Provider names and marks are the property of their respective owners. Availability depends on your business type and jurisdiction, and every provider applies its own eligibility, verification and approval process. Elixir does not control or guarantee any provider decision.
FAQ
In many cases, yes — US states do not generally require owners to be US citizens or residents. The appropriate structure, documents, obligations and providers depend on you, your business activity and your jurisdiction, which is exactly what the eligibility assessment is for.
No. Banks and financial institutions run their own eligibility, verification and risk checks, and they decide independently. Elixir helps you prepare a complete, well-documented application so you are not rejected for avoidable reasons — but no one can promise you an approval.
No, and you should be cautious of anyone who says otherwise. Payment providers assess your business model, products, customers and history against their own policies. We guide you on what is typically reviewed and how to present your business accurately — the decision remains entirely theirs.
Requirements vary by provider, but commonly include a government-issued identity document, proof of address, your company's formation documents and EIN, and a clear description of your products, customers and expected revenue. Nothing sensitive is ever collected through this website.
Formation, EIN issuance, banking review and payment onboarding are each handled by separate third parties with their own processing times, which change and are outside our control. We give you a realistic expected range at the start of your engagement, and tell you promptly if anything shifts. We do not promise fixed dates.
It covers Elixir's coordination and guidance: the eligibility and structure assessment, formation and EIN coordination, registered-agent and address arrangements, preparation for banking and payment applications, and the ongoing coordination described in your package. Government filing fees, registered-agent subscriptions, address services and any provider charges are separate third-party costs, itemised for you before you proceed.
Most founders operating internationally benefit from qualified tax advice in both the US and their country of residence. Elixir is not a law firm or an accounting firm and does not provide legal or tax advice. We can flag the obligations you should ask about and coordinate with the professional you appoint.
Yes. Non-US residents can lawfully form and own a US LLC — you don’t need a visa, a personal US address or to travel there. Owning a company does not give you any right to live or work in the US, and you still need to meet the company’s US obligations and any rules in your own country. We explain both before you commit.
For most online businesses run from abroad, Wyoming: a $100 filing fee, an annual report from $60, no state income tax and simple ongoing requirements. Delaware mainly makes sense if you plan to raise money from US venture investors. We confirm the right choice for your case in the assessment.
It depends on your activity. A single-owner LLC owned by a non-resident with no US operations often owes no US federal income tax — but it must still file a yearly federal information return (Form 5472), and missing it can mean a $25,000 penalty. You may also owe tax in your own country. Elixir is not a tax adviser: we flag these obligations, remind you of the dates and coordinate with the accountant you choose.
You get a secure link to send your documents. We prepare and submit your company filing, then the EIN application — for owners outside the US this usually takes 4–6 weeks, with an express option if you need it sooner. Your documents appear on a private client page as they arrive, and we guide your bank and payment applications (Global and Scale plans). Your one contact stays the same throughout.
If you only need the filing, that can be enough. Most founders abroad need what comes after: the EIN, an address a bank accepts, a file prepared for Stripe and banks, and someone tracking the yearly deadlines. That is what Elixir coordinates — and every third-party cost is itemised before you pay.
